I wasn't entirely sure where I should have put this but seeing as it is a capture question I thought it more appropriate here.
Anyone know how to access the OTA channels via the capture card frontend vdub has? I've tried the auto tune and it hasn't worked (despite channels in other programs). I'm trying to watch local channels via vdub.

I wouldn't suggest using VirtualDub for actually watching channels. I would suggest either using the software that came with your card, or Windows Media Center. This will work nicely :)

I've used vdub for watching tv for a number of years now since I only watch a few channels certain times of the day anyways. The software that came with my card and WMC suck. Vdub works PERFECTLY for what I use it for. I watch my 2 channels and record to avi (huffyuv) for what I want to keep. So thanks for the suggestion but that wasn't my goal.

AFAIK, VirtualDub doesn't work with digital TV signals, but I don't know if Win7 has drivers for them.
What Blue_MiSfit told you was the "common" way to capture OTA channels. I hate the software that came with my tuner too, but I don't have anything else! (I live in ISDB-Tb land)
