Right muxing for Sony NWZ S544

Hi all!
I try muxing video and audio which made MEGUI. Player (Sony NWZ S544) not support this format. I try muxing at MEGUI tools MP4 and also YAMB last version without success. When I use trial Badaboom I get good file which played on player.

Please explain how I need muxing.

Hi all!
I change profile to baseline 1.3 for devices and now all work. First time I use scratcpad profile and decrease to 1.3 baseline level, may be some parameters stayed incorrect.
