Have you checked your remaining disc space?

Wow... three secondary video tracks. I've not seen that before.

The "resume" isn't working because the audio was never completed. It seems I haven't accounted for possible audio encoding failure, I need to correct that.

[Edit] Hmm... I looked at the code, and I don't see how it attempted to remux without first completing the audio encode upon resuming. I'll figure it out. I guess I'd better see if I can find that disc.

It appears the audio encode failed the first time, but successfully encoded on resume -- then failed during the remux. That seems to indicate some type of system instability, because it is failing in different places on different runs...

overclocked, no. I just left the pc on over night so it was sat idle. Daily virus scan didnt start until after so dont know what it could be. Im running the encode again, i'll close all uneeded bloat down and report back

I have done the Euro version of RE Degeneration without any problem at all. The seconday and third videotracks are two different pop up trivia tracks. This was done on Win7 64-bit and worked flawlessly in my Sony S560 SAP. The disc is region coded ABC.

started over from scratch, worked perfectly. When it failed the first time on audio encode but then continued to rebuild it must have copied some of the muxed m2ts files over so they werent present in the workfiles folder anymore? Could explain why it failed to rebuild after a resume and succesfull audio encode?
