How to rip DVD with H.263.?

I wanted to know How to rip a dvd movie with H.263 in Auto GK. I had try my best but I can't.

He probably refers to the "H.263" quantization of the MPEG-4 ASP video format, not to the H.263 video format itself.

H.263 quantization is NOT a matrix. MPEG-4 ASP (as implemented by DivX, Xvid, etc) supports two types of quantization: "H.263"-style quantization and "MPEG"-style quantization.

Only the "MPEG" quantization type uses quantization matrices. And only the "MPEG" type can optionally use custom matrices. The "H.263" type doesn't use a quantization matrix at all.

Or in other words: You cannot make the "MPEG" quantization behave like "H.263" quantization by using a "custom" MPEG matrix. They are simply two different things...
