I am having problems with making Full disc backups of the incredible hulk(2008) and the matrix. Both features have the "In Movie experience" just like Batman begins. The audio for these PIP video's is not there in my backups. I have tested them on disc and in HDD playback. I have BD rebuilder keep all english audio tracks. on the hulk there is an aud-002 (2nd)DTS-HD stereo english track that I cannot keep from being red Xed out. however this is only on the main movie and not on the dozens of other video files which all have there associated audio files intact. I made a successful backup of Batman begins, I can't imagine what could be the problem with these 2 titles. Any Ideas? I have the latest BD rebuilder with the versions of the addon software listed by JDobbs.

BD Rebuilder uses TSMUXER to demux and remux from the original, and it can't handle DTS Express at the moment. If it doesn't get fixed soon, I may have to figure out a way to demux/remux myself.

Should I try a previous version of bd rebuilder? and I guess Batman begins was a different audio type then. Any ETA on the fix?

ETA is out of my control -- it's a fix in TSMUXER. I've been looking around for another solution, and short of writing my own muxer (which isn't out of the question) there really isn't a way to do it. Some secondary audio streams are encoded in Dolby Digital Plus -- which is already supported. If you had a previous secondary audio stream that worked -- that would be the reason.
