I have the four lord of the rings files(the dvd-rip), in mpg and every part is about 790mb and now i want to burn it, but i dont have any dvd-burner(just a cd-r) so what program program/s do i need and how do i do to first connect them and then split them to 5 parts but smaller???

those are SVCD files, you just need Nero to burn them to CD. can also use VCD Easy.

Could I burn a SVCD with all 4 of those files on it and it would go on to each one when the first one finished, kinda like chapters?

there has been talk of that working on computers, but not many DVD standalone players. so i can not confirm that. i've been wondering that myself if you search the forums and even the vcdhelp.com forums you will find a thread or two about that.

also isn't VCD Easy the same thing as VCDImager?

I use a Program called DVDx that will actualy ripp DVDs in chapters (multi-files) I have been experimenting with this. But no matter how I set the time gaps...My player (and my computer) always pauses (momentary freeze)between chapters
