How to intall avisynth at wine without X-windows

Is it possible to install avisynth at wine in freebsd without using X-Windows system?

I had already copied "Program Files/AviSynth 2.5" directory from windows into wine
and avisynth.dll into system34 foilder, but how to associate *.avs files with avisynth frameserver?

I successfully ran the installer with Wine, on Ubuntu once. I'm not sure how that would work on your flavor of unix. But assuming you achieve success, you may have a new problem of installing codecs that come only with an INF installer, not EXE.
