What is wrong with this 2.0 DTS file?

Audio demuxed with eac3to and Tsmuxer can not be opened with NicAudio and BassAudio! However eac3to is able to convert this weird dts to other format.

I never see a dts like this:
Audio Channel Arrangement ...: 4 (2 LT + RT left and right total)

Is played with my receiver like stereo, decoded with eac3to (libav or ArcSoft) to stereo with FL = FR.
I need test the problem with NicAudio.

Edit: previously i put receiver output mono (center channel) but the DPL decoder was active sorry, with Straight the output is stereo.
