Hi! I have a open source h264 encoder, i'm synthesizing it on Altera Cyclone II FPGA. I want to do some accurate power estimation from the quartus software. I know I need to generate a power input file, but how do i generate this file from an uncompressed video footage? Anyone knows? :thanks:
