Hi Guys.
I have completed a full disc to BD25 but not sure if I need to use the AVCHD Patcher, or is that just for D5 or D9 back-ups?
Many thanks guys

It is not necessary at all for any BD-RB backups.:)

Are you sure, that some BluRay players will not say that it is not licensed BluRay and will not play it? IMHO AVCHD will resolve this problem.

I've heard that you only needed to use it on bd5 and bd9 backups, but am not sure. I always backup to bd25 and never used avchd patcher. All my backups play fine on my ps3.

I'm pretty sure the need for the patcher went away a long time ago.
