Does Blu-ray support VC-1 overlap smoothing?

Greetings all,
I have a question that I think is fairly straight forward. Does the blu-ray spec support a VC-1 stream that has the overlap smoothing bit set to '1' (on)?
I know it is part of VC-1 but that doesn't necessarily mean that blu-ray supports the feature, right?

The bluray spec does not mention it as a constraint so one must assume it is supported.

Yes, it is supported. They only VC1 encoder I've seen with the option to turn it on is CineVision PSE.
