Slumdog Millionaire taking forever

I am finally getting around to backing up Slumdog Millionaire and because it is over 25g, I am running BD Rebuilder ver 31.05 and it is going on to 36 hours now and still isn't completely finished. Other rebuilds have been accomplished in just a couple of hours. Any ideas
