I have 1 partial encrypted file (.M2TS aka 192) and I want to remove the first part. I tested several programs, but they are "intelligent" ... too much intelligence is sometimes a handicap :)
I'm looking for a "dumb" cutter, splitter etc. that cuts at packet boundaries but doesn't look into the content of the packets, I prefere of course freeware if possible.

Cut it with a hex editor.

use tsdoctor in raw cutter mode. It does exactly that, but you have to know where to cut as you're required to enter the start/end packet numbers

Or you can use TSPE and turn off Fix Tables and Fix Timecodes.
TSPE should still display the timecodes for you so you'll have an idea of where to cut.
Let me know if you have any issues with this.

@Ghitulescu
(Since a moderator has posted to this thread, I guess it's okay to respond)
Hi!
Have you tried "tsMuxeR GUI"?
