MPEG2 decoder Card

Hi,

*my english is bad, i know... :) *

i need a MPEG2 decoder card. Witch do you advise me?
It must habe drivers for windows xp. I want it to have for:
-Faster playing DVDs
and
-faster encoding in ReMPEG2 or other MPEG2-En/Decoder programs.
