Dvd-rb won't open at all

It's always worked beautifully since 1.28.2 first came out. I did a fresh install of my XP OS a few months ago so my system should't be junked up. Double click on the desktop icon and I get the hour glass for a fraction of a second and then icon stays highlighted in blue. Nothing. Did a fresh install and the same. Searched for a while and could find anything. Any suggestions besides doing another tedious OS install? :confused:

What you are describing happens with the program has been modified (hacked) and it fails a self check.

Thank you for your prompt response. Yes I had, and then had saved it to my hard drive. Problem resolved. I spent countless hours trying to trace what variable it may have been and tried to re-install the program. I also tried a couple of system restores and then decided to go back as far as possible (since I hadn't run the program for a couple of months) figuring it could have been a different variable since that time frame. I just tested it and it worked flawlessly.
I, as others absolutely LOVE this program. Again thank you for your inquiry into my situation and for providing us for such a wonderful app. :)
