I need help cropping a video

First off, sorry for my bad english. My problem is simple: i have a video and i need to crop a part of it. basically, there's some guy talking and i need to crop his head and put it into another video. The problem is that i can only crop rectangles or squares with my mouse... Since i need to crop the head out, i must crop it as a circle.....
I use latest pinnacle studio...

I hope it's clear enough, like i said english is not my mother tongue...

any suggestion is quite welcome....

I don't think pinnacle will be able to do this. Tools like adobe after effects are more suited for this

You need to use masks, to "draw a shape" around the area of concern (i.e. his head)

If this occurs on subsequent frames, you can animate the mask. Look up "rotoscoping" on google

sony vegas? with powerful editing funtion, have u tried, it will allow u to crop
