Beginning of movie not there.

Everything went perfect, so I thought. When I burned the first cd and played it, the first 19 minutes of the movie is not there.

I left all settings default except the directorys where the new files are created.

Can anyone help.

Please be more specific.
What kind of software have you been using??? What exactly does it mean that the first 19 minutes are not there - are the first 19 minutes of the movie just as a black screen or they simple haven't been ripped / encoded???
