Not sure if this is the correct forum, if not please direct me to the correct one.

I captered an MPEG2 video file using Winfast TV Expert video card and when I placed this file in Nero Vision Express 3 it crashed when the encoding started.
When I reencoded the MPEG2 file using another programme all was OK when placed into Nero Vision Express 3.

I have attached log of the crash, I would appreciate some assistance as to the problem.

A quick glance at your log didn't give me a reason, but here's a random idea that just might do the trick: Remux your video into a different container. Maybe Nero doesn't like your current container or you've captured bugs. I've had similar issues with Encore. It did the trick for me. Remux with AviDemux (http://fixounet.free.fr/avidemux/) or one of the many other tools.
