Rip Blu-Ray into Chapter Files?

Any tool that will rip a blu-ray into separate files for each chapter?

I found HDConcertRippert which is a GUI for Eac3to. Trying it now. I see it is converting the DTS HD track to WAV.

What I really want to do is rip all the chapters to separate MKV files with x264 video and just pass-thru the DTS track. Have no clue what to use to do this.
