I'm selling an Earthsoft PV4 that from what I can tell works with Windows XP 64Bit. Comes with several accessories and asking $325. Captures 480i, 480p, 720, 1080i and 1080p with Stereo LPCM, AAC, and DD 5.1 audio. Also, have a BlackMagic Intensity Pro I am looking to sell for $175 that works with XP 64Bit. Captures 480i, 720p, 1080i v.i hdmi or component with Stereo LPCM audio.

"From what I can tell" = the manufacturer says it works, no guarantees. I haven't personally tried a PV4 but can say that the Intensity Pro includes 64-bit drivers but does NOT include a 64-bit capture filter - making it unusable in 64-bit apps (lol @ BMD's marketing hype about using 64-bit apps for increased memory space).
If you just want a cheap card for SD work, maybe try and find an old bt848/878 card on ebay. The open source driver was ported ages ago and I've had success using it with several cards.

Well, to be honest, Windows XP 64Bit is kind of an odd-ball OS. Not many people ended up using it, and thus, software support for it is almost nonexistent. The days of XP all over though. Yes it was a great OS, but Windows 7 is here as well as Vista. Cyber-Mav, I would say it's time for an OS upgrade to Windows 7 64bit or Vista 64bit.
And yes, Blackmagic's software is 32bit, but it works under 64bit (which is what he wants). And the PV4 lists 64bit OS support, which I have used under Vista/7 64bit (not XP 64bit though - so I can not say for sure).

Um, I don't think a thread titled "Need a capture card that works with XP 64bit" needs a post saying "It's time for an OS upgrade to Windows 7 64bit or Vista 64bit".

Just pointing out the fact that hardware/software that works with XP Pro 64bit is hard to come by.
He would have much better luck with Vista/7.

I ditched XP 64 after a very short time for this reason. Forced to adopt Vista for 64-bit, or return to XP 32-bit.
