x264 ARM encoded video not viewable on PC

I have a version of x264 running on PC that can capture from web cam and be decoded on a PC and viewed. However, if I try with the same codebase on a Marvell XScale® PXA270 (ARM V5TE compliant) device, the video does not decode properly on the PC and does not render. Could this be the result of memory alignment issues or differences between the ARM device and an x86 PC? Any help will be appreciated!

That sounds like a bug in x264, the compiler, or similar. To test, you should encode the same video on both ARM chips and see that it gives identical output.
