Hello everyone,
I tried to encode absolutely white area with h264 encoder. As a result I had a gray dots on white area.
If broadcasting note absolutely white area then ok.
Does anybody have the same issue? How I can fix this problem?
Thanks,
Gennadii

It doesn't look like an encoder error. More likely a problem in capturing your "desktop" in the first place. What exactly are you doing here, and what tools are you using?

Looks like he's capturing at 256 colors and the "dots" we see are the result of the required dithering ;)
