I'm not so expert so forgive me for any stupid question.
How is possible know if MeGui (stable or patched version is quite the same here) is encoding at a good speed?

What do u recommend to increare encoding speed? Is MeGUI outdate and i should use other tools?

Threads should be 1.5 times the number of CPU cores (at least in x264). I'm not sure if the extra cores you get through hyperthreading count. Xvid doesn't benefit that much from multicore processors, but it should help some. There hasn't been any significant xvid development in years so I don't see how any gui could be outdated.

I'm using megui, how can i edit that script app automatically create everytime? How do i set threads for xvid?

can i have any performance gain using other tools?? if so, name them! please answer as best you can guys... this topic could be useful for someone else in future :)

What abt my processin rate shown on pix? is any good or?

In megui you can specify the number of threads you want to use in general in the settings and for specific profiles in the codec configuration dialog. If specifying threads manually doesn't work it's a bug and you should report it in the appropriate thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=151159).
Using as many threads as you have cores will give you a performance gain, but I wouldn't expect too much for the reasons already mentioned.

I have no idea if your encoding time is slow or not because
a) I haven't used xvid in ages
b) You didn't say what resolution your encode is
c) You didn't post your avisynth script and depending on what preprocessing you do it might slow down encoding a lot.
