For some reason MP4Box on windows causes every file I split to produce dud files. for example if I split a file into 3 pieces, the first two would be dud and only the last file in the series actually works.
The files dont play in windows media player, and if they do play only the audio is available. the video stream seems none existant.
Ive tried splitting by time, size etc and the result is the same.
Im using MP4Box - GPAC version 0.4.6-DEV (build 1) on windows 7 to split.
Do I need to "fix" the files after they are split? How can I check to see what is wrong with the mp4 files? Why would only yhe last file work? Are the headers kept at the end of the file (Ill assume a yes to that one) so how do I write the headers back? Im stumbling in the dark here. Thanks!
Cheers,
Tom
