I have a DTS-MasterAudio @ 1536kbps and wish to convert/encode it to DTS-ES@ 1536 (both in 6.1 sound).

Is this possible and how? Thanks in advance.

Please let me know what I need to install, etc...as I'm not really into audio encoding.

I doubt you have a DTS-MA @ 1536 Kb/s, the DTS-MA have Variable Bit Rate with more high values.

Check if the DTS-MA core is already a DTS-ES, with aec3to for instance, if yes you only need extract the core.
If not, you need a DTS-MA decoder (commercial) and a DTS-ES encoder (commercial)

^ you're right...

DTS Master Audio, Tamil, 6.1 channels, 16 bits, 48khz
(core: DTS-ES, 6.1 channels, 16 bits, 1152kbps, 48khz)

and now what do I do please?
