hi!
it's been a long time I haven't been writing here, but unfortunately studies fill my time, so, don't have anymore breaks to play around with video editing..
but there is at least ONE thing that I need to carry out, before I (and the VHS) get too old!
that is, digitalizing my first and only music live, made during high school.
I played just one song and a friend of mine recorded the whole live with a camera and then passed it on a VHS for me.
What I would like to obtain: since we're GB wasters nowadays, I think a DVD would suit better my needs than a Xvid; maybe in a latter moment I'd like to post my vid on youtube, or give it to a friend, so I may convert it to Xvid.
Since I own both a DVD recorder (Samsung) and a quite old and cheap acquisition card (later on I can tell you the manufacturer, no famous one btw), I would like to ask you experts: which way should I prefer to get my DVD?
I think that the DVD recorder is the fastest and easiest solution, do you agree?
I would really appreciate your advices!
