Hi guys!
I've posted a message on XiS's XMpeg board (http://www.mp3guest.com/Forum_Default.asp?c=4)
asking for a feature that will allow direct-stream-copy of the VOB's original AC3 audio stream directly into the AVI that XMpeg outputs (instead of what it does today, which is spit it out to a seperate .ac3 file)
If XMpeg will do so with as good sync as it achieves with the MP3 stream coming from it's encoder, everyone who makes AC3 AVI's will probbably throw a party.
No more manual syncing with nandub, no more 20 minutes of trial and error trying to figure out if the lips moved before the sound came, just encode the movie, the audio is already inside (as it should be, considering it's already compressed and waiting to be copied into the final avi).
So, if you're one of these people, go there, back my post, and say you want the feature too.
Cheers dudes :-)
