Who has the .cfg file for the h264 encoder for SVC based on jsvm platform?

I intend to do a scalable video coding (SVC) on my raw video but i realised i have been using a AVC .cfg all along.

Help help!!!!

A detailed description of the config files comes with the JSVM itself, in form of a manual. There are also numerous examples for config files in the CVS, although some of them are not up to date.
