How to interlace a video with Avisynth?

I tried searching for this but couldn't find it, all I found was how to deinterlace. Is there anyway to interlace a 60P video?

And another quick question: How do I make a 60i stream into a 24P file? My camera records 24p in 60i files, I heard I need to IVTC or something the footage (going to look this up right now, but my as well ask here too.)

To interlace:

separatefields()
selectevery(4,0,3)
weave()

For 60i to 24p:

selecteven()
telecide()
decimate()

There are of course many other ways to do these things.
