Can I edit the text of an existing DVD menu?

Hi,

I have recorded a TV series with my standalone DVD recorder, then, the same machine is able to burn, say, 3 episodes on a DVD 4.7GB and automatically generating a DVD Menu.

Now, the 3 titles in the menu, report the generic name of the TV series and I'd like to change this name with the episodes specific names.

I had a look whether this was possible with PGCEdit, but the text is not editable.

Is there a way to do this?
