I'm trying to deinterlace a film video as seen in the above screen, but the resulting video is out of sync. Am i doing it right?

Plus it seems whenever i encode something in DVDRB it comes out undersized, like 3.66GB. What am i doing wrong?

Any help is appreciated!

Any help is appreciated! You can't add filters that change the framecount. It isn't necessary. DVD Rebuilder works with the actual frames, and decimating isn't needed.
