Why PCM DTS and not DTS?

I used eac3to(with surcode) to convert a PCM file to a DTS 1509 kbps, but i got a PCM DTS instead of a normal DTS. Is this normal?

its is normal
Every Decoder (DTS(HD),AC3, etc) decodes the Audio to PCM
