I'm trying to get the side L/R channels to map correctly but can't get any output when decoding E-AC3. No matter how I setup the matrix there is never any audio to them. My machine is using an Analog Devices 7.1 HD audio chipset with the analog outputs connected directly to the amps/speakers. The setup tests all work fine so I know I'm getting audio to analog outputs and speakers. It seems to have something to do with how ffdshow connects to the renderer. The renderer properties show nChannels = 8 when the graph first connects but once it starts playing it reverts to 6 and no audio from side L/R. I'm using build #3119 Oct 18 2009. Any ideas?
