Set up files corrupted [Archive]

I have version 1.26.2 and I tried to install version 1.28.2 over it but I got a note that that "Your set up files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of program. I had the old setup folder for version 1.26.2 and installed it but I got the same message again when I tried to update.

Please help.

I rebooted and tried to download again but got the same message. I paused my internet security which is Kaspersky but that did not help. I saved the instalation folder of 1.28.2 on my desktop.

Does "tried to download again" mean "downloaded it"?
