I am trying to demux a blu-ray disc.
I know that there are eac3to and tsMuxeR with can demux content from a blu-ray.
Which one should I prefer?

Why do you prefere eac3to?

You can demux an entire title (like the main movie of a BD) even if it is split into several .m2ts files in random orders. Also you can demux chapters etc.

But tsMuxeR can also do it: just load playlist of that main movie splitted in several m2ts, and you are done... Or I am missing something?

Heh, I didn't realize eac3to could demux like that. :) But, yeah, if you select the PlayList in tsMuxer, not the m2ts file, you get the entire movie with chapter stops, etc...

eac3to correct the audio delays, audio gaps/overlays betwen m2ts files and correct the dialnorm in ac3 files. You can re-encode the audio on the fly.
The video output can be in mkv container with some improvments.

TsMuxer is a very good muxer but I found some bugs demuxing tracks.
