Does anyone know of a DirectShow filter for FLIC/FLC? I am unable to convert this .FLC video because MeGUI/AViSynth is unable to open/render it.

Also, is there any way I can encode a video to WMV format via AViSynth-compatible programs like MeGUI?

It's not Avisynth but it can help.

My suggestion would be to use Microsoft's Expression Encoder 3.

Used a VirtualDub FLIC plugin (http://home.comcast.net/~fcchandler/Plugins/FLIC/index.html) to open the video, saved the video as raw AVI, and then was able to use Windows Movie Maker to get a high quality WMV. :)

Now I can also use MeGUI on it too!
