bd rebuilder new beta prob

hi guys...my old beta version has run out so i have downloaded the latest version only to get the following messages.
it appears your windows 7 system may not be configured for use with ffdshow.bd rebuilder can attempt and configure your system for you.this ivolves making changes to the directshow registry. failure to do so may result in out of synch audio or encode failures.would you like bd rebuilder to do this for you?
i click yes to this and the following message appears;-

it appears bd rebulder is not running with administative privileges.in order to configure ffdshow,you must run bdrebuilder as administrtor(only one time--when ffdshow needs to be configured)
please run bd-rb again as administrator.
bd rebuilder is exiting

any ideas guys.
i have checked bd rebuilder and it does say i am running in admin mode..

thanks in advance for any help....Right click on the icon and select "Run as Administrator". You have to do this, even if you, as a user, have admin privileges.

thanks guys..i had to do a complete reinstall and get rid of the old betas..i then had to do the admin twice before the program opened up for me....whatapalava...thanks again fellas
