Hi,
A few days ago, I created some sample streams (note: I needed assets to test some scripts I wrote to automate most of my blu ray authoring process).
- I made 2 video streams out of a simple picture (1280x720x24p and 1920x1080x24p)
- I recorded (well... TTS software) audio samples ("LEFT", "RIGHT", "LEFT FRONT, ...) and made several AC3 and DTS streams
- I created subtitles that show "LEFT", "RIGHT, "LEFT FRONT", ... in sync with audio (forced and normal subs)
In addition to raw streams, I also made:
- several combinations of the above streams muxed in MKVs (easy playback on computers)
- a 100% Blu-ray compliant ISO, ready to burn on BD media (ISO includes a menu to select the combination of streams)
- a hybrid Blu-ray/AVCHD ISO, ready to burn on red laser DVD media (same as above)
- several hybrid Blu-ray/AVCHD ISOs, closer to AVCHD standard, ready to burn on red laser DVD media (limited set of streams, one single combination of streams per ISO, no menu, no subs, 1 audio track,... as per AVCHD specs)
I thought it'd be a good idea to share. These might come in handy for some of you guys out there.
