successfully burned 2 blu rays, now won't play in powerdvd8

everytime i mount the image, it says there is a unsupported disc format in the drive. has my blu ray player been locked? should i reinstall powerdvd???? should i reinstall the drivers???? pls help!!!

edit: i did not burn the blu rays, i ripped them.

i also read the small print on the back of the blu ray. it says that if internet connection is available, the disc will collect information about the blu ray player and disc.

my blu ray player is still under 30 days from purchase, so i can return it. what should i do?

now it won't even play the blu ray with the disc in!!! what is going on

got it fixed, just reinstalled the driver. now i will not be connected to the internet when watching blu rays haha
