That's easy enough:

1. Interleave the available frames

2. apply temporal median filter

3. Use appropriate SelectEvery()

Ad 2) :

For 3 frames, use Clense.
For 5 frames, use gforce's Median2 function (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=140282). (In this case, omit #1 and #3.)
For 7/9/..... frames, use MedianBlurT. Yes it's very slow.
