Got a Blu-ray that has 1080i 29.97fps video and need a filter that can perform 3:2 pulldown on it to playback at the original 24fps in MPC-HC. Something like DscalerIVTC mod for H264/AVC.

Is ffdshow + internal avisynth not ok as a temporary workaround?
