How do you convert ".wav" file back to ".dts"?

Hi.

My friend sent me some dts-cd music and its .wav+cue

Is there anyway to reconvert it to ".dts"?
(tried rename but no work,still show ".wav")

becuase my ps3 wont play the .wav one
(show stereo in TranzGUI,but play in foobor show 6ch)

need to reconvert it

or theres other way to play it in ps3?
