Hi There,

I'm trying to convert a dvd I brought from Sopain into avi.
I've been playing with it for hours... there's something I'm not getting.

Here's a print screen : http://espadrillestore.ca/images/AGK.jpg

Any ideas?

THX !

Welcome to the forum.

What don't you get? I don't think you want to give a 24 minute video a 2 CD size. That's just the default. Either set it to something more reasonable (250 MB, maybe), or just do a 1-pass target quality encode for the default 75%.

Thanks for the advice,
I'm able now to see the preview but when I start the conversion I get a "ViltualDub Error" that says:
video compression error: the source image format is not acceptable. (error code -2)

Any ideas?

Whenever asking AutoGK questions post the log. As for your problem, are you encoding to DivX? Do you have the DivX codec installed. If not, maybe try XviD. Do you have the XviD codec installed, the one that came with AutoGK?
