question for experts! - whats the easiest way to convert odd
sized avi divx wedding recordings (such as 2.21:1) onto a dvd,
without the video picture being accidentally stretched or
squashed in the process? I was thinking of also creating a very
simple menu in the final process, and have been told I am best to
use AVStoDVD, to enable "elementary streams" and then add this
to a menu creation tool (eg dvd author gui) - will this work, or are
there better/easier ways around my problem?
I know final dvds have to be one of a select few 'standard' sizes,
so am wondering if the method I was given above will definately
not squash or stretch the picture, or if there is an easier way
(eg to either cut or add black borders to the original avis to get
to the correct ratio before converting)?
thanks for any help/suggestions! :)
