Can I extract subtitle(staff roll) from picture?

I mean the Staff Roll in Anime's Opening and Ending.
I have OP without Staff roll and ED without Staff roll.
Can I use those clips to produce a clip that only remains Staff Roll?

ahh, sorry for that.
Situation is like this: I have a clip that is Opening without Staff roll, and a clip with.
So I think if I can extract only staff roll and Deinterlace it, and overlay it on IVTC'ed Opening w/o staff roll.
And I can get a perfect result...
