I got a source that is badly interlaced. It's an anime.
Things like it interlaced and (maybe) processed as progressive through somewhere in the mastering stage. (I think) it has a corrupted chroma upsampling. But it is properly encoded as interlaced, I confirmed it in RAW H264 stream.
So I want process luma and chroma separately but I can't find a filter can do this work, although I found a plugin can merge luma and chroma... at least I want see what actually happened in chroma plane.
Anyone know a plugin can do something like this? whatever Y/C split or Y/U/V split.
Thanks and sorry for my bad english.
