About In time in Scenarist BD rebuild !

Hi,all!
I find someone use Scenarist BD rebuild one blu-ray, In time is 00:00:11.650 or 00:00:02.000 ?
but i rebuild ,In time is 00:10:00.000
how to set it in Scenarist BD ?

It might be because you admitted to using an illegal version of Scenarist.
