MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 15

I have this program called MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 15 can I use it to record sections of movies and save them as quicktime, Mpegs or MP4 videos ? Also can you sue this program to take screen shot pictures. It looks like a difficult program to use.

If you have the program can't you tell what it can do? You know, read the user manual, ask the manufacturer, etc.?

People here don't use garbage like that.
