BD-File size changing, why?

quite simple really, i have a BD folder, which when i right click and check the size of it it says it's 24 .8gb, yet when i load it into imgburn it reads it as, 26.7gn? whys that?

The size is not changing, just its readout ;) Read in wikipedia about gigabytes
