automatic increase of psy-trellis

When using --psy-rd 1.0:0.15 for encoding option, in final file mediainfo reports psy_rd=1.0:0.2. What is the reason for this automatic increase?

Number gets rounded to one decimal. (The number that's written in the file, not the actual setting)
